I haven't tried it, but maybe ZoomIt will work?. I still don't get why we don't have this: there are plenty of easy and simple ways to draw on a screen on top of a replay, or of a capture of a replay if you are doing a segment. (I want the drawing to stay on the screen when I am done drawing). However, the way it works is it takes a screenshot of the screen, and then you draw on that, so if you stop drawing you can't actually navigate anywhere without exiting out of your drawing. Draw on your screen without a toolbar or your stuff being erased when you stop drawing ZoomIt is close to what I'm looking for, and everything you do with ZoomIt is done with hotkeys that are interchangeable. Not with Magnifier, but you can use ZoomItt in live mode to zoom in a single monitor. Question about using dual monitors with windows magnifier

Or if you have the space, get a second 1080p monitor and drag windows into it when you want them to be bigger. I constantly zoom in and out for plugins. On Windows you can use the built-in magnifier program to zoom into the screen or use ZoomIt.

wraps the anchor longitude across copies of the world to keep the marker on screen. Its 2022 and you still cant resize the kontakt players window. A NavigationControl control contains zoom buttons and a compass. When I attempt to download epic pen it makes avast antivirus go off saying it has a PUP, should I be worried?

You want to be able to still interact with window while annotating? From what I see ZoomIt more or less takes a screenshot, immediately displays it and allows you to draw there. The “hide toolbar” hotkey it has also hides the drawing, and even minimized the toolbar is not small enough to put off the screen.

The only two apps I have discovered so far are Presentify ($8) and Epic Pen (Free|$35 for Pro).
